Rental of Property.
We will list and show your Property to Yearly or Seasonal Tenants on your behalf to increase your return on investment. Securing Rental Deposits to safeguard owners.  The home/unit will be listed on our website for all prospective clients to see. Manage all Tenant Issues and dispersement of rent to owners

General Security.
Our team does routine walkthroughs to ensure Home/unit is secure.

Appliance Checks.
Routine checks on all major/minor appliances

AC system Check.
Frequent AC System checks and Client Notification of issues.

Plumbing Fixtures Checks.
Frequent tests on all fixtures and water heater

Scheduled Cleaning.
Scheduled cleaning prior to and after you leave.

Inventory.
Itemization of all inventories in your Home or unit.

Hurricane Preparations.
Removal of Outdoor or Patio Furniture prior to storms

Concierage Services.
Stocking of  Refrigerator  prior to arrival.

Maintenance Issues.
When repairs are needed, We will obtain quotes and arrange entry for the Workman. Follow up upon completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
